make every attempt to ship your order within three business days, although
generally orders ship the same day. We reserve the right to hold shipment of
your order during extreme weather conditions. Shipping containers, packaging
materials and handling charges are included in the shipping price automatically
calculated at the time of purchase.

timely manner, we will notify you, at which time you can decide whether
to wait or cancel your order for a full refund.
Full
refunds within 10 days of ordering if damaged or returned in good condition. As
a general rule, we will make every effort to resolve return issues to your
